Planning assumptions
The inclusive start/end window is filtered by your selected working days. Required daily capacity = ceiling(loads ÷ working days). Available capacity = working days × receiving limit. Loads are spread evenly across working days, with remainder loads assigned to the earliest days.
The schedule shows required deliveries, even when receiving capacity is insufficient. Dates do not account for holidays, transit, appointments, or cargo availability; confirm these before booking.
Worked example
20 loads over five working days requires four deliveries per day. A receiving limit of three per day leaves a shortfall of five loads.
